Your order has been shipped but not delivered yet:
In this situation, a refund cannot be initiated. Please be patient and wait until the items are received before initiating a return and refund.
You have received the goods:
Returns can be initiated on the order page, and you can apply for a refund if the items you returned meet the conditions. The specific return process and conditions can be found in the Return Policy.
After we receive the return and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable in this situation. You will receive a notification, and the refund usually arrives within 5-15 business days.
Sometimes the received amount will be less than the refund amount. Below are the reasons:
- The bank charges a commission fee.
