REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN
Return items must be in new condition
Return items must include all original packing and contents, including accessories
Return items must be unused or unworn
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the items are deemed non-saleable. Additionally, if more than 30 days have passed, we'll regret to inform you that we cannot accept your return, and the items will be sent back.
How do I return an item?
- Find the order you need a refund for and click "refund"
- You can choose the corresponding refund reason based on the actual situation
- Then enter the refund amount and upload product photos
- Finally, click the"submit" button, then we will receive your return request
- Once customer service confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.
- Then you need to print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within 30 days of your receiving date.
I've Sent My Return! How Soon Will It Be Processed?
Once we receive your return, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process. An email notification will be sent to confirm the receipt of your returned item, along with updates on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-15 business days.
Note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns of non-defective items.
Important Shipping Notes Regarding the Return of Goods
The return address will be provided upon authorization from us. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.)
You are responsible for the shipping fee when returning non-defective items. However, if the item is defective, Voghion will cover the shipping fee.
Ensure that the returned product is carefully wrapped, and provide a tracking number (required) for all return items. Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged due to improper protection, and we are not liable for lost or damaged products returned to us.
For items over 65.99€, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The receipt of your returned item is not guaranteed by us.
